A physician by training and since 2007 a research professor for health economics and outcomes research at the joint health informatics study program of the Universities Heilbronn and Heidelberg. Associated member of the medical faculty of University of Heidelberg. Member of the Doctoral Centre BW-CAR of the Doctoral Association of Universities of Applied Sciences Baden-Württemberg.

Experienced in performing clinical and health economic studies on an international scale for more than 30 years.

Started longboarding at the age of 52 and can be called a longboard enthusiast with a DOSB trainer license of DRIV for skateboarding. This blog site is meant to replace my accounts at Instagram and Twitter in the long run.
